# Network details

Reference information on Robinhood Chain.

{% hint style="info" %}
Robinhood publishes RPC endpoints, explorer URLs and its own contract addresses at [docs.robinhood.com/chain](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/). Iridius addresses are kept in `contracts/deployments/4663.json` and described on the [Deployment](/architecture/deployment.md) page. Verify every address against those sources before sending anything to it.

| Median transaction cost | About $0.001                                                               |

| Explorer                | Blockscout                                                                 |

## Which precompiles and conventions Iridius uses

| Item                      | Usage                                                                                                |
| ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `block.timestamp` | All time-based logic: quote expiries, staleness limits, grace periods and the timelock |
| `block.number` | Not used for timing, because Arbitrum derives it from the L1 block |
| `ArbSys.arbBlockNumber()` | Kept for the occasional case that needs the true L2 block height, for example event metadata |
| Compressed calldata | Because L1 data cost makes up most of the fee, RFQ quote structs are packed and signatures compacted |

## Standards adopted

| Standard | Where                                                                        |
| -------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ERC-20   | Stock Tokens use 18 decimals and USDG uses 6                                 |
| ERC-8056 | Stock Token corporate actions, via `uiMultiplier()`                          |
| ERC-4626 | Accounting for vault shares, extended for dual assets and in-kind withdrawal |
| EIP-712  | Signatures on RFQ quotes                                                     |
| EIP-1271 | Verifying maker signatures produced by smart accounts |

| EAS | Storage for eligibility attestations |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.iridius.xyz/robinhood-chain/network-details.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `build a script that syncs our docs to a CMS` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
